At El Borondo Cafe, our mission is to share the authentic flavors and rich traditions of Colombian coffee while creating a warm, peaceful space where coffee lovers can slow down, relax, and enjoy every moment.

All our coffees are exclusively brewed from Colombian Supremo and Colombian Excelso beans which offer a medium to full body,
a balanced and bright acidity, and featuring sweet, nutty, chocolatey and subtly citrussy undertones.
